Team Lead – Warehouse Household Items (Sorter III)

7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $19/hr (Weekend Availability)

For more than 135 years, we’ve transformed generosity into action—feeding the hungry, clothing families, providing shelter, and changing lives. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead (Sorter III) to help keep our mission moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
As a Team Lead, you’ll be the energy and momentum behind your department.
You will:
- Lead and motivate a hardworking team.
- Ensure daily goals are met with accuracy and pride.
- Keep operations flowing with the right tools, supplies, and priorities.
- Promote a safe, positive, mission-centered work culture.
- Support employee relations and encourage growth.
- Help prep store orders, stage shipments, and support logistics.
- Track production numbers and celebrate wins.
- Be a champion for safety and teamwork.
If you love organizing, coaching, problem‑solving, and making real impact—you’ll love this role.
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of warehouse or retail production experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Knowledge of sorting, clothing categories, or warehouse processes.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- A passion for our Mission and Vision.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior leadership experience a plus.
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday with occasional overtime and some holidays.
